RFI Grant Opportunity – Independent Living Public Private Partnership:
Brevard Family Partnership has reviewed the responses received from our recent RFI posting for “Grant Opportunity for IL Public-Private Partnership” and has decided to move forward with Paxen Learning Corporation for purposes of this Grant Award. We appreciate all of the responses and time spent in this endeavor by all of the responding agencies. Award Notice Date: April 24, 2012.

This request is intended to identify and pre-qualify providers that can offer a continuum of services for children and families in Brevard County. All providers that intend to pursue a contractual relationship for programs or services with Brevard Family Partnership and wish to join the Provider Network will be required to complete the Request for Administrative Qualifications.
